HOW WAS MY HOLY WEEK?

This Holy week was so interesting and more different than others years. 

I started this week remembering the real meaning of this vacation. Although I couldn´t go out with my family and we didn´t go to the beach or another place of El Salvador, I spent a lot of my time with my family at home and doing things that I like.

On monday I went to see the "Talciguines" with my friends. It is a tradition in my town Texistepeque, where many tourists go to enjoy with their friends. This tradition involves the representation of good and evil, where a group of people representing the devil and another person represents Jesus, demostrating that good always avercomes evil.

The rest of the week I spent my time with a group in the church. I participated in almost all activities of the church, it was certainly a different and special week. 

On friday my church group and I did the traditional rug with salt of different colors, was the first time that I did it and I loved it.

This time was a period of reflection and time to closer to God, because that is the true meaning of this vacations.

In this period of time also I did the homework, it was so hard, but it was one of my responsabilities.

Finally in the last days of this Holy week I went to visit my family and I enjoyed being with them. Even though I didn´t go to visit any tourist place, I consider that my vacation was very interesting and different. I really enjoyed it.
